Star Striker Ighalo Speaks On Super Eagles Facing Cameroon

Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo, has disclosed that everybody will see Gernot Rohr’s men with ‘red eyes’ when they tackle Cameroon at the 2019 African Cup of Nations, AFCON, Round of 16 fixture on Saturday.

Ighalo stated this after the group fixtures were concluded on Tuesday.

The two West Africa countries could only finish second in their respective groups.

Speaking on Super Eagles’ clash with Cameroon, Ighalo told Busybuddiesng:

”It is for us to work hard because the game the other day took everyone by surprise, we were a bit relaxed because we’ve gone through.

”This is when the work starts because when you lose now you are going out. We have been working yesterday and today, tomorrow the work continues.

”We know it is a different ball game now so you are going to see everybody with red eyes on that day of the game.”
